Payments

Accepted payment methods for local orders are cash on delivery, local bank transfers/deposits and PayPal. 
Accepted payment method for international orders is PayPal. Please note that the current exchange rates and total costs of your invoices may vary with your processing bank policies/rates at the time of payment.

Exchange Policies

For Sri Lankan clients, any item purchased at our physical store, or online, may be exchanged for the same item in a larger/smaller size or different item of the same cost. Make sure to present your original sales receipt or provide a screenshot of your online order confirmation when doing an in-store exchange. To create an exchange request online, the client must submit a request at hellofelloworders@gmail.com and attach their original sales receipt or provide a screenshot of their online order confirmation, along with photos of the item to be exchanged and the desired size. For online exchange requests from in-store purchases, note that the client is responsible for courier charges. 

For international clients, any item purchased online may be exchanged for the same item in a larger/smaller size or different item of the same cost as long as the client is responsible for all shipping expenses of the exchange transaction. To create an exchange request, the client must submit a request at hellofelloworders@gmail.com and attach their original sales receipt or provide a screenshot of their online order confirmation, along with photos of the item to be exchanged and desired size.

Returns

Conditions for items to be returned are:

  • Product is too small or too large and is unavailable in alternate sizes .
  • Product is damaged and no other units are in-stock.

Refunds are only issued in full when order is canceled by the store due to product availability, logistic complications or delivery issues. To request a refund, email us at hellofelloworders@gmail.com explaining the reason. A sales agent should contact you within 24 hours issuing a claim number and providing options for return resolution.

Shipping

Local orders are shipped within a day or two of order placement. Orders within Colombo are delivered within two working days. Estimated delivery time for out-of-Colombo orders is approximately three working days and you can obtain your Grasshoppers.lk tracking number by emailing your order details and placing the request at hellofelloworders@gmail.com.

Parcels for international orders are assembled the same day or morning after order placement and picked up by the agent of our designated courier company as soon as possible. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for international parcels may vary depending on order content and destination country, please email us at hellofelloworders@gmail.com for more details and note that provided rates are subject to additional charges depending on number of items, item sizes and total weight of parcel. Once the agent of our designated courier company picks up the parcel, your tracking number will be provided.
